## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT DEPARTED TAMPA FLORIDA AFTER UNDERGOING ANNUAL INSPECTIONS. UPON ARRIVAL AT HOME STATION, THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR DID NOT INDICATE THAT IT WAS DOWN AND LOCKED. AFTER VERIFICATION FROM ATC THE THE GEAR APPEARED TO BE DOWN, PILOT INITIATED A LANDING. DURING LANDING ROLL OUT AND DECELLERATION, THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED. MINOR DAMAGE WAS CAUSED TO THE LEFT WING TIP AREA, NUMBER 1 ENGINE PROP, AND MAIN LANDING GEAR DOORS.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
