## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT BEGAN NORMAL TAKEOFF AND AT 60 KNOTS PILOT HAD BEGUN TO ROTATE WHEN A GUST OF WIND LIFTED THE RIGHT WING AND PUSHED THE AIRCRAFT TO THE LEFT. PILOT PULLED BACK HARDER AND TURNED YOKE TO RIGHT SIDE TO LEVEL THE WINGS. PILOT LOST CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT AS IT BOUNCED OFF OF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY. THE AIRCRAFT CONTINUED TO BOUNCE THRU THE GRASS UNTIL STRIKING AN AIRPORT PERIMETER FENCE, EVENTUALLY COMING TO A STOP.INVESTIGATION REVEALED NO DISCREPANCIES WITH AIRCRAFT FLIGHT CONTROLS / TRIM SYSTEMS OR ANY OTHER MECHANICAL ISSUES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
