## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE FAA OPERATIONS CENTER REPORTED THAT ON MARCH 13, 2023, AT APPROXIMATELY 0345Z PACIFIC TIME (MARCH 12, 2023, 2045 LOCAL), ICE DEBRIS PENETRATED A HOME’S ROOF. THERE WERE NO INJURIES, AND THE POLICE WERE CALLED TO THE HOME. THE POLICE REPORTED DAMAGE TO THE ROOF AND FOUND CLEAR ICE IN THE LIVING AREAS. A REVIEW OF ATC RADAR AND ADS-B FLIGHT PATH DATA REVEALED THAT AIRCRAFT ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^, AN A321-231, OPERATING AS FLIGHT ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^, FROM BOSTON LOGAN AIRPORT (BOS) TO LOS ANGELES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, WAS OVER THE HOME AT THAT TIME.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
