## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE PILOT STATED THAT HE WAS TAXING THE AIRCRAFT AND WEAVING BACK AND FORTH FOR VISIBILITY. HE THEN APPLIED THE BRAKES TO MOVE BACK TO THE LEFT FOR CLEARENCE FROM A PARKED AIRCRAFT NEAR THE TAXIWAY. TOO MUCH PRESSURE WAS APPLIED TO THE HEEL BRAKE WHICH CAUSED THE TAIL SECTION TO COME OFF THE GROUND. THE CENTER OF GRAVITY OF THE AIRCRAFT CAUSED IT TO NOSE FORWARD AT WHICH POINT THE PROPELER STRUCK THE GROUND. I INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT AND DID NOT FIND AN SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE THAT WOULD ELEVATE THIS EVENT INTO AN ACCIDENT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
