## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON APRIL 26,2023 AT APPROXIMATELY 19:15 EDT WHILE PRACTICING SEVERAL TAKE OFFS AND LANDINGS, A HA-420 HONDA JET, SN 42000020 WAS REPORTED TO HAVE A FLAT RIGHT MAIN TIRE DURING THE TAKE OFF FROM SAINT AUGUSTINE AIRPORT (SGJ). THE AIRCRAFT DIVERTED TO JACKSONVILLE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (JAX) RUNWAY 14 AND UPON LANDING THE TIRE WAS FOUND TO HAVE BECOME SHREDED AND ALSO HAD DAMAGED THE RIGHT FLAP LOWER SKIN. AIRCRAFT WAS ABLE TO TAXI TO THE RAMP.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
