## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

WHILE ATTEMPTING A CROSSWIND LANDING AT NACOGDOCHES AIRPORT (OCH) THE STUDENT PILOT LOST CONTROL OF THE AIRPLANE DURING ROLLOUT. WHEN THE AIRPLANE LEFT THE RUNWAY, NOSE GEAR MOVEMENT WAS RESTRICTED BY THE SOFT SOD ADJACENT TO THE RUNWAY. THE AIRPLANE ROTATED VERTICALLY ONTO THE NOSE, DAMAGING THE PROPELLER AND CAUSING A SUDDEN STOPPAGE EVENT FOR THE ENGINE. ADDITIONALLY, THE LEFT WING IMPACTED THE GROUND DAMAGING THE WINGTIP AND WRINKLING THE SKIN OF BOTH WINGS, TWISTING THE WING SPARS, AND ALSO TWISTING THE AIRFRAME.
