## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT COMPLETED PRE-CHECK ON AIRCRAFT AND TOOK OFF NORMALLY. PILOT ATTEMPTED TO BRING GEAR UP AND GEAR CAME UP TO HALFWAY AND THEN STOPPED. PILOT CLIMBED TO A HIGHER ELEVATION AND WENT THROUGH CHECKLIST TO TRY AND GET LANDING GEAR TO RESPOND PILOT TRIED THE EMERGENCY HAND PUMP, BUT NO RESPONSE WITH LANDING GEAR. PILOT ALSO, REPORTED NO FLAPS AS WELL. PILOT CALLED TOWER AND LET THEM KNOW THE SITUATION. EMERGENCY CREWS WERE CALLED. PILOT THEN DID A VERY SLOW APPROACH AND LANDING. BACK LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED, NOSE GEAR STAY LOCKED AT HALFWAY. NO INJURIES WERE SUSTAINED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
