## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PIC WAS BUILDING HOURS IN TYPE FOR INSURANCE. AIRCRAFT ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ WAS IN RIGHT SEAT DURING THESE FLIGHTS. PIC LANDED AIRCRAFT AND WAS CONFIGURING FOR A TOUCH AND GO. AIRCRAFT WAS ROLLING WITH POWER REDUCED AND BELOW VR WHEN PIC BROUGHT FLAPS UP (SHOULD HAVE BEEN TO FLAPS 1). THEN PIC ANNOUNCED "GEAR UP" AND ACTUATED THE GEAR HANDLE BEFORE THE AIRCRAFT ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^COULD STOP HIM. AIRCRAFT SKIDDED TO A HALT ON THE RUNWAY. AIRCRAFT ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ NOTED THAT WHEN GEAR HANDLE WAS BROUGHT UP THE GEAR WARNING HORN DID NOT SOUND.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
