## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT STATED HE WAS MAKING A VMC FLIGHT INTO KBKV AND MADE A NORMAL APPROACH TO LANDING AND LANDED NORMALLY. UPON TOUCHDOWN LANDING, NOSE LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED. PILOT DID INDICATE THAT WHEN LANDING GEAR SWITCHED WAS PLACED IN THE DOWN POSITION, THAT HE DID OBSERVE "THE GREEN LIGHT ILLUMINATED" AND THE LANDING GEAR HORN STOPPED. NO INJURIES WERE REPORTED. PILOT EXITED THE AIRCRAFT NORMALLY AND WAITED FOR AIRPORT ASSISTANCE.

INSPECTION BY MECHANIC AFTER THE INCIDENT FOUND SEDIMENT IN THE LANDING GEAR HYDRAULIC RESIVOUR.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
