## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON 05/20/2023 AT 08:35 AM EST AIRMAN WAS TAXING THE AIRCRAFT FROM A PARKING AREA TO HIS HANGAR WHEN THE AIRCRAFT EXPERIENCED AN UNKNOWN BRAKE ISSUE WHILE ATTEMPTING TO TURN ONTO FOXTROT TAXIWAY. THIS RESULTED IN THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTING THE TAXIWAY AND COMING TO REST IN A 6 FT DRAINAGE DITCH ON THE NORTH SIDE OF LIMA TAXIWAY. THE AIRCRAFT SUBSTAINED SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO THE LEFT WING AND TAIL ASSEMBLY DURING THE INCIDENT. NO INJURIES WERE REPORTED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
