## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

DURING TAKEOFF ROTATION THE AIRCRAFT CLIMBED APPROXIMATELY 5 FEET BEFORE THE GEAR RETRACTED AND THE AIRCRAFT SETTLED BACK ON THE RUNWAY. A PICTURE TAKEN BY GROUND PERSONNEL AT THE SCENE SHOWED THE GEAR AND FLAP HANDLES BOTH IN THE UP POSITION.

EYEWITNESS VIDEO SHOWED THE AIRCRAFT ROTATE THEN IMMEDIATLY SETTLE BACK DOWN ON THE RUNWAY.
