## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

DURING THE DESCENT PHASE FOR LANDING IN ORLANDO, PASSING 14.000FT, THE AIRCRAFT ENCOUNTERED MODERATE TURBULENCE, CAUSING MINOR INJURIES IN 3 FLIGHT ATTENDANTS. NO CUSTOMERS WERE INJURED. THE CAPTAIN DECLARED A MEDICAL EMERGENCY AND PROCEEDED TO LAND, WHICH WAS UNEVENTFUL.

DURING THE DESCENT, THE SEAT BELTS SIGNS WERE “ON”, THE CREW WERE INFORMED BY THE CAPTAIN ABOUT THE FORECAST OF TURBULENCE DURING THE DESCENT, BUT 3 FLIGHT ATTENDANTS WERE STILL STANDING AT THE TIME OF THE TURBULENCE.

THE 3 FLIGHT ATTENDANTS, WHO WERE INJURED, WERE CLINICALLY EVALUATED IN THE UNITED STATES, RETURNED TO BRAZIL ON JUN/19/23 AND 2 FLIGHT ATTENDANTS GOT MEDICAL RELEASE BY ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ MEDICAL DEPARTMENT AND 1 OF THEM IS STILL UNDER MEDICAL CARES, WITH MEDICAL RELEASE EXPECTED TO JUNE/28/23.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
