## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

DURING PUSH BACK, JUST AFTER THE SECOND ENGINE START. THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT CALLED THE FLIGHT DECK AFTER SMELLING AND SEEING SMOKE IN THE CABIN. UPON NOTIFICATION TO THE FLIGHT DECK THE DECISION WAS MADE TO EVACUATE THE AIRCRAFT USING THE MAIN CABIN DOOR, EMERGENCY COMMANDS WERE NOT USED, PASSENGERS EVACUATED IN AN ORDERLY FASHION VIA THE AIRSTAIRS ONTO THE RAMP AND GATHERED AT THE FENCE LINE BY GROUND AGENTS. CRASH, FIRE, AND RESCUE RESPONDED TO THE AIRCRAFT. NO EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED TO ATC BY THE PIC. NO INJURIES WERE REPORTED BY PASSENGERS OR CREW.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
