- [Incident 20210429006189I](https://openairdocs.org/incident/20210429006189I), Apr 29, 2021: Cessna 172N (N739BE), Watkins, CO, Minor damage. Received occurrence 659604. An (approx) 8X6 inch section of the aircraft's upper left windscreen dislodged from the aircraft at cruise flight.

Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
