## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE CFI STATED THAT THE STUDENT PILOT HAD LANDED AT PSP WITHOUT INCIDENT AND THAT THEY TAXIED TO THE FBO. AFTER SPENDING A FEW MINUTES IN THE FBO THEY RETURNED TO THE AIRCRAFT AND PROCEEDED TO NTAXI OUT TO RUNWAY 31R FOR TAKEOFF. DURING THE TAKEOFF ROLL IT FELT LIKE THE AIRCRAFT HAD BLOWN A LEFT TIRE AND THE STUDENT PILOT GAVE THE CFI CONTROL. THE AIRCRAFT WENT OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY INTO THE ROCKS. THE CFI WAS ABLE TO RECOVER AND TAXI BACK TO THE FBO. AFTER INSPECTING THE AIRCRAFT IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR HAD DELAMINATED WHICH CAUSE THE AIRCRAFT TO PULL TO THE LEFT. IT WAS ALSO DISCOVERED THAT THE LEFT AND RIGHT WINGTIPS, LEFT AND RIGHT AILERONS, AND THE RIGHT ELEVATOR HAD SUSTAINED DAMAGE, IT WAS ALSO DISCOVERED THAT THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR WAS BEIGINNING TO SHOW SIGNS OF DELAMINATION. THIS REPORT WILL BE AMMENDED AS NECESSARY.
