## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTED KBIH ON JULY 19, 2023, AND WHEN THE PILOT RAISED THE LANDING GEAR, HE ONLY SAW TWO MAIN LANDING GEAR LIGHTS EXTINGUISH AND THE NOSE GEAR LIGHT REMAINDED ILLUMINATED. THE PILOT TRIED TO CYCLE THE GEAR, BUT THERE WAS NO CHANGE TO THE INDICATOR LIGHTS. THE PILOT CONTACTED GROUND PERSONNEL AT KBIH AND ASKED THEM TO OBSERVE THE LANDING GEAR DURING A FLY OVER OF THE RUNWAY. ON THE SECOND PASS THE PILOT CYCLED THE GEAR ONE MORE TIME AND THE GROUND OBSERVOR STATED THE GEAR STAYED DOWN THE ENTIRE TIME. AT THAT POINT, THE PILOT THE MADE AN APPROACH TO RUNWAY 30. UPON INITIAL TOUCHDOWN, THE PILOT FELT ALL THREE LANDING GEAR ON THE GROUND. AFTER A FEW SECONDS THE RIGHT MAIN GEAR COLLAPSED AND THE AIRCRAFT SKIDDED TO THE RIGHT OFF OF THE RUNWAY AND INTO THE GRASS. THE PILOT SHUTDOWN THE AIRCRAFT WAS ABLE TO SAFELY EXIT THE AIRCRAFT.

THE NTSB HAS CLASSIFIED THIS AS MINOR DAMAGE AND AN INCIDENT.

I AM AWAITING A RESPONSE FROM THE DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE FROM AMERIFLIGHT FOR THE FAILED PART INFORMATION. I WILL UPDATE THIS REPORT ONCE RECEIVED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
