## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON JULY 22, 2023 AT APPROXIMATELY 1815 A GLASAIR SH-2 OWNED BY AND REGISTERED TO ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ WAS INVOLVED IN AN INCIDENT DURING LANDING DURING A PERSONAL FLIGHT WITH VMC PREVAILED, AND NO FLIGHT PLAN WAS FILED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS MINOR DAMAGED, AND NEITHER THE PILOT NOR PASSENGER SUFFERED ANY INJURIES. THE PILOT HOLDS A PRIVATE PILOT CERTIFICATE THE FLIGHT ORIGINATED AT NAMPA, ID AND HAD A REFUELING STOP IN GILLETTE, WY AT ABOUT 9 AM.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
