SINGLE ENGINE RETRACTABLE TRICYCLE GEAR AIRCRAFT WAS ON FINAL FOR RWY 36 AND BECAME SPOOKED BY THE WEATHER AND FORGOT TO PUT HIS GEAR DOWN. THE AIRCRAFT TOUCHED DOWN BRIEFLY BUT TOOK BACK OFF AND CAME AROUND AND LANDED. DURING THE INITIAL TOUCHDOWN, THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED DAMAGE. NO INJURIES REPORTED.
