## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

WHILE AT CRUISE FLIGHT PILOT NOTICED THAT THERE WAS NO CONTROL AUTHORITY FOR THE STABILATOR FROM THE CONTROL YOKE. PILOT LANDED AIRCRAFT SAFELY. AIRCRAFT WAS INSPECTED BY A CERTIFICATED A&P MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE STABILATOR CONTROL CABLE TURN BUCKLE FAILED. AFTER EVENT REPAIR WAS REPLACEMENT OF STABILATOR CONTROL SYSTEM CABLES AND PULLEYS ACCOMPLISHED IAW SB1245A INSTRUCTIONS 1-10 AND AD2013-02-13 FAILURE OF HORIZONTAL STABILATOR CONTROL SYSTEM.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
