## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON SEPTEMBER 3, 2023, ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ TOOK OFF FROM COMPTON ON RUNWAY 25L, AND TURNED AROUND TO PICK UP A BANNER. DURING CLIMB OUT THE PILOT SEAT SHEARING OFF CAUSED THE PILOT TO TUMBLE BACKWARDS AND PULL BACK ON THE CONTROL YOKE LEADING TO AN INCREASE IN THE AIRCRAFTS ANGLE OF ATTACK. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ RECOVERED FROM THE UNUSUAL ATTITUDE AT APPROXIMATELY 200FT. THE PIC SELECTED AN OFF FIELD LANDING AREA IN A LOCAL PARK TO THE EAST OF CPM, AND EXECUTED A FORCED LANDING. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ COLLIDED WITH A CHAIN LINK FENCE, AND CAME TO REST IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION FACING WEST.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)
