## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON AN IFR FLIGHT AT 6500 MSL, ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ EXPERIENCED A COMPLETE LOSS OF ELECTRICAL POWER. ALL NAVIGATION AND COMMUNICATION ELECTRONICS, AND BOTH TRANSPONDERS WERE INOPERABLE. THE PILOT USED A MOBILE APPLICATION TO LOCATE THE NEAREST SUITABLE AIRFIELD. OCALA (KOCF) AND WITH BATTERY POWER LOWERED THE FLAPS AND LANDING GEAR, DRAINING THE REMAINING BATTERY POWER. UPON LANDING THE AIRCRAFT LEFT PROPELLER STRUCK THE RUNWAY INDICATING THE GEAR DID NOT LOWER. THE PILOT EXECUTED A GO AROUND, MANUALLY DROPPING GEAR AND LANDED SUCCESSFULLY.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
