## Narrative

^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ WAS DEPARTING FROM RUNWAY 13 AT CADDO MILLS AIRPORT (7F3). ONCE AIRBORNE, THE AIRCRAFT BEGAN AN UNCOMMANDED LEFT TURN. THE AIRCRAFT TURNED APPROXIMATELY 180 DEGREES. IT IMPACTED A STATIONARY CARGO TRAILER THAT WAS PARKED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF A HANGAR ADJACENT TO RUNWAY 13. THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO REST AT THIS POINT OF IMPACT.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB CEN23LA424](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/CEN23LA424), Sep 28, 2023: Powrachute Pegasus (N31520), Caddo Mills, TX, substantial damage. Probable cause: The pilot’s inadequate rolling preflight, which resulted in a loss of directional control in flight and subsequent collision with an object during landing.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
