## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

OCTOBER 5, 2023, AT1450 CST RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE ROC INFORMING THE FSDO OF AN ACCIDENT AT MADISON AIRPORT (MSN) INVOLVING ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^, MMS 1980 WING D-1, S/N 005. TOWER REPORTED THAT THE AIRCRAFT LANDED RUNWAY 18 AND THAT THE GEAR COLLAPSED UPON LANDING DAMAGING BOTH PROPS WITH NO INJURIES AT 1322 CST. PHOTOS OF THE SCENE SHOWED THE AIRCRAFT WITH PARTIALLY RETRACTED MAIN AND NOSE GEAR, DAMAGE TO BOTH PROPS. OPERATIONS MANAGER OF THE AIRPORT WAS GIVEN PERMISSION FROM THE NTSB INVESTIGATOR TO REMOVE THE AIRCRAFT FROM THE RUNWAY BY THE LOCAL FBO.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
