THE VIDEO CONFIRMED THE CHUTE WAS FULLY DEPLOYED AND THE SKYDIVER WAS AT STEEP BANK ANGLE AND IMPACTED A CONCRETE DRIVEWAY AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED, BOUNCED AND CAME TO AN ABRUPT STOP ON THE GRASS NEXT TO THE DRIVEWAY.
