## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ENGINE BORESCOPE REQUIREMENT WAS DEFERRED ON MTI FOR 25 FLT HOURS PER AMM. FERRY FLIGHT TO MSP ISSUED FOR DAMAGE TO RADOME AND #2 LE FLAP.

REPAIRS AT MSP INCLUDED: SRM REPAIR OF #2 LE KRUGER FLAP, REPLACEMENT OF ONE C1 BLADE IN #1 ENGINE, REPLACEMENT OF RADOME. BORESCOPE ACCOMPLISHED AT MSP MX BASE PRIOR TO FURTHER OPERATION WITH NO DISCREPANCIES IDENTIFIED IN GAS PATH.

NTSB CONSULTED AND DETERMINATION MADE NO FILE NUMBER REQUIRED DUE TO DAMAGE CLASSIFICATION AS MINOR.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
