## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT DEPARTED SHERMAN, TX KSWL AT APPROXIMATELY 0821 CST ON 12/6/2023. THE INTENET OF THE FLIGHT WAS TO MAINTAIN CURRENCY AND CONDUCT A FLIGHT TO ADA, OK FOR TOUCH AND GO LANDINGS. THE AIRCRAFT SUCCESSFULLY CONDUCTED TWO TOUCH AND GO LANDINGS WHEN THEY BEGAN THE THIRD LANDING THE PILOT STATED THAT EVERYTHING WAS OK AND THERE WERE NO DISTURBENCES IN THE AIRCRAFT. THE APPROACH WAS SMOOTH WITH FLAPS UP AND WENT SMOOTHLY UNTIL THE AIRCRAFT TOUCHDOWN ON AIRFRAME. AT THAT POINT THE PILOT STATED THAT THEY REALIZED THE LANDING GEAR HANDLE WAS STILL IN THE UP POSITION. ONCE STOPPED IT WAS VERIFIED THAT THE LANDING WAS STILL UP AND LOCKED, FLAPS WERE AT ZERO, AND THE PILOT AS WELL AS THE PASSENGER WERE UNINJURED. From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
