MTC FOUND DIAGNOSTIC CODE FAULT FOR THRUST REVERSER ACTUATOR LVDT OUT OF RANGE. DEACTIVATION AND MEL OF LH TR CARRIED OUT, GROUND RUNS PERFORMED, AND AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. SUBSEQUENT ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^, JAN 05, ON TAXI OUT THE CREW AGAIN RECEIVED LH FADEC CAUTION MESSAGE. FOLLOW-UP MAINTENANCE CARRIED OUT WIRING CHECKS AND REPLACEMENT OF LH FADEC. THE TR SYSTEM WAS REACTIVATED, ENGINE RUNS CARRIED OUT AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
