## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT WAS MAKING THIRD LANDING DURING A TRAINING FLIGHT. PILOTS WERE DISTRACTED BY TRAFFIC IN THE PATTERN AND DID NOT PUT THE LANDING GEAR DOWN OR CONFIRM IT WAS DOWN. LANDED GEAR UP RUNWAY 21. SHUT DOWN ENGINES AND EVACUATED AIRCRAFT. NO ANOMALIES FOUND IN LANDING GEAR SYSTEM.

THE PROPELLERS, ALL THREE LANDING GEAR DOORS, BOTH MAIN GEAR TIRES, AND FLAPS WERE VISIBLY DAMAGED.

THE PIC/DPE FLYING WAS IN THE LEFT SEAT AND THE CFI WAS IN THE RIGHT SEAT.

THE PIC/DPE'S POI MANAGING SPECIALIST TOOK CARE OF COUNSELING FOR THE PIC/DPE.

THE CFI WAS GIVEN COUNSELING.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
