## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^, ELSA, WAS CONDUCTING A HIGH SPEED TAXI ON RWY 4L. AIRCRAFT WAS HIT WITH A GUST OF CROSSWIND AND LIFTED OFF THE GROUND THEN DESCENDED AND MADE CONTACT WITH RUNWAY RESULTING IN LANDING GEAR TO COLLAPSE. AIRCRAFT BECAME AIRBORNE A SECOND TIME AND STARTED A SLOW LEFT TURN SETLEING INTO THE GRASS ALONG EAST SIDE OF TAXIWAY B, SOUTH EAST OF B1. APPEARED ALL LANDING GEAR WAS STILL ATTACHED TO AIRCRAFT BUT WAS BROKEN. PILOT WAS THE ONLY OCCUPANT, NO REPORTED INJURIES. THERE WAS NO INTENT FOR FLIGHT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
