## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON TAKE OFF DURING THE LANDING GEAR RETRACTION, THE AIRCRAFT EXPERIENCED A LOSS OF LANDING GEAR HYDRAULIC PRESSURE AND FLUID. SUBSTANTIAL LEAKING OCCURRED WITHIN THE CABIN. THE LANDING GEAR FAILED TO EXTEND IN ANY METHOD, AS PER PILOTS OPERATING HANDBOOK. THE AIRCRAFT MADE A CONTROLLED, GEAR UP LANDING IN THE GRASSY AREA ADJACENT TO RUNWAY. THE AIRCRAFT EXPERIENCED A PROP STRIKE BUT HAD RELATIVELY LITTLE DAMAGE TO THE AIRFRAME. SUBSEQUENT INSPECTION REVEALED A NOSE LANDING GEAR DOOR, HYDRAULIC PRESSURE LINE BROKE FROM IT'S FITTING IN THE HYDRAULIC POWER PACK. THIS RESULTED IN AN IMMEDIATE LOSS OF PRESSURE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
