## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON 3/23/2024, THE SUBJECT AIRCRAFT WAS UNDERGOING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE AT KENOSHA AIRPORT, KENOSHA, WI. DAMAGE TO THE FIREWALL PANEL WAS DISCOVERED AND BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE FAA.THE AIRCRAFT WAS INSPECTED BY FAA AIR WORTHINESS INPSPECTORS AND PHOTOGRAPHS TAKEN. THE NTSB REVIEW OF THE PHOTOGRAPHS DETERMIINED THE DAMAGE TO BE MINOR AND THEREFORE THIS EVENT IS DESIGNATED AN INCIDENT. THE AIRCRAFT SUFFERED DAMAGE AT SOME UNKNOWN POINT BETWEEN THE LAST 100 HOUR INSPECTION AND THE CURRENT 100 HOUR INSPECTION. NO PERSON HAS COME FORWARD WITH ANY KNOWLEDGE OF THE DAMAGE. UNABLE TO ASCERTAIN CAUSE. DAMAGED AREAS WILL BE REPAIRED DURING THIS MAINTENANCE INSPECTION WORK.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
