AIRCRAFT LOST POWER EN ROUTE FROM CCR TO SAC. PILOT MADE AN OFF-FIELD LANDING NEAR THE SAC VOR. NO DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT EXCEPTING A HOLE IN THE CRANKCASE AND A SIEZED ENGINE.
