## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT STATED ON 04/12/2024 AT 1623 LOCAL TIME, AIRCRAFT WAS LANDING AT KPHF AND A BIRD STRUCK THE LEADING EDGE OF THE LEFT WING. A SMALL INDENTATION WAS NOTICED UPON THE FLIGHT CREWS POST-FLIGHT WALKAROUND. THE CREW IMMEDIATELY NOTIFIED THE MX SUPERVISOR, AND THE MX CONTROL OFFICE WAS NOTIFIED. THE AIRPLANE WAS PLACED OUT OF SERVICE WHILE REPAIRS COULD BE COORDINATED. REPAIRS HAVE SINCE BEEN COMPLETED AND SIGNED OFF. THE AIRPLANE HAS BEEN RETURNED TO SERVICE. THIS WAS A PART 91 ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^TRIP. ON BOARD WERE 2 CREW MEMBERS AND 3 PASSENGERS.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
