## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON MONDAY, APRIL 15, 2024, AT ABOUT 1230 EST, A 1956 BEECH BE35 WAS DAMAGED WHEN IT MADE A GEAR-UP LANDING AT STATESVILLE REGIONAL AIRPORT (SVH) IN STATESVILLE, NC.

PILOT STATED HE PERFORMED A PRE-LANDING CHECKLIST AND BELEIVED THE AIRCRAFT WAS SET UP FOR THE APPROACH AND LANDING. HIS FIRST INDICATICATION OF A GEAR ISSUE WAS WHEN HE NOTICED THE PROPELLER CONTACTING THE RUNWAY. POST EVENT ACTIVITIES INCLUDED AN OPERATIONAL CHECK OF THE LANDING GEAR SYSTEM. WHEN POWER WAS APPLIED AND THE CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS PUSHED IN, THE GEAR OPERATED NORMAL.

THE AIRCRAFT WAS SUBSEQUENTLY TOWED OFF THE RUNWAY AND RELOCATED ON THE RAMP BEHIND THE FBO.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
