## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PUSHBACK DRIVER OVERSTEERED THE PUSHBACK TUG RESULTING IN THE BREAKAGE OF THE TOWBAR PUSHBACK ATTACHMENT AND TOWBAR HEAD. THE AIRCRAFT ROLLED FORWARD CAUSING THE AIRCRAFT RADOME TO CONTACT THE AFT RIGHT RIDE OF THE PUSHBACK TUG CAB, RESULTING IN DAMAGE TO THE RADOME. “BRAKES” WAS CALLED, BUT NOT IN TIME TO STOP AIRCRAFT CONTACT WITH THE PUSHBACK TUG. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO THE GATE WITH A REPLACEMENT TUG AND PASSENGERS DEPLANED VIA JET BRIDGE. THERE WERE NO INJURIES TO PASSENGERS OR CREW.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
