ON 4/30/2024 AN EXPERIMENTAL AMATEUR BUILT AIRCRAFT, MODEL CH-750, WAS SUBSTANTIALLY DAMAGED AFTER TAKEOFF FROM A PRIVATELY OWNED LANDING STRIP IN SEYMOUR, IN. THE PILOT BANKED THE AIRCRAFT TO THE RIGHT IMMEDIATELY AFTER TAKEOFF AND ROTATION AT WHICH TIME THE RIGHT WINGTIP CONTACTED A FENCE POST. THE AIRCRAFT THEN YAWED AND ROLLED TO THE RIGHT PRIOR TO THE NOSE AND LEFT WING MADE MAKING CONTACT WITH THE GROUND. THE AIRCRAFT IMPACTED THE GROUND IN A NOSE DOWN, INVERTED POSITION. TWO PEOPLE ON BOARD WITH MINOR INJURIES.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)
