## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT DEPARTED 7S5 ON A LOCAL FLIGHT WITH ONLY THE PILOT ON BOARD. AIRCRAFT MADE LANDING AND TAXIED OFF THE RUNWAY ONTO THE TAXIWAY WITHOUT ANY ISSUES. AT 1302 LOCAL TIME, WHILE TAXING AT SLOW SPEED THE PILOT INTENDED TO RETRACT THE FLAPS. INSTEAD OF MOVING THE CONTROL LEVER FOR THE FLAPS TO THE UP POSITION, THE LANDING GEAR UP LEVER WAS SELECTED. THE AIRCRAFT LANDING GEAR STARTED TO RETRACT WHILE ON THE GROUND. THE PILOT RECOGNIZED THAT THE GEAR WAS STARTING TO RETRACT AND PUT THE LEVER BACK TO THE DOWN POSITION. THE RIGHT HAND (RH) GEAR COLLAPSED CAUSING SOME DAMAGE TO THE RETRACTING MECHANISM ON THE RH SIDE. THE RH WING TIP AND OUTBOARD TIP OF THE FLAP SHOW SIGNS OF SOME SCRATCHES/SCUFFING. THE AIRCRAFT BEING TIPPED ON ITS RIGHT SIDE CAUSED A MINOR FUEL LEAK. THE ENGINE WAS RUNNING AND THE PROPELLER CONTACTED THE GROUND DAMAGING BOTH PROPELLER BLADES CAUSING THE OUTER 6 INCHES OF BOTH BLADES TO BEND FORWARD. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM THE TAXIWAY BEFORE THE FAA WAS ON SITE. NO INJURIES TO THE PILOT WERE REPORTED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
