## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE PILOT STATED HE COMPLETED THE BEFORE LANDING CHECKLIST AND VERIFIED HE HAD THREE GREEN. HE MADE AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING AND ROLLED OUT APPROXIMATELY 1000 FEET AFTER TOUCHDOWN. HE STATED HE SLOWED THE AIRCRAFT AND TURNED ON TO THE TAXIWAY. DURING TAXI THE NOSE LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED RESULTING IN DAMAGE TO THE PROP AND COWLING. THE NOSE LANDING GEAR RETRACTION SYSTEM WAS INSPECTED AND NO OBVIOUS DEFECTS WERE FOUND. THE AIRCRAFT WILL BE PLACED ON JACKS FOR A COMPREHENSIVE INSPECTION AT A LATER DATE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
