## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

WHILE ATTEMPTING A LANDING THE AIRCRAFT BOUNCED AND THE PIC APPLIED FULL POWER FOR A GO AROUND. THE AIRCRAFT DID NOT CLIMB AS THE PIC EXPECTED. NEAR THE END OF THE RUNWAY THE PIC DEPLOYED THE CIRRUS AIRCRAFT PARACHUTE AND EXECUTED AN EMERGENCY LANDING IN A SWAMP OFF THE END OF THE RUNWAY. THE AIRCRAFT STRUCK MULTIPLE SMALL TREES BEFORE IMPACTING THE GROUND, BREAKING OFF 1 MAIN LANDING GEAR AND THE NOSE LANDING GEAR. THE PARACHUTE SHOWED NO SIGNS OF INFLATION, THE SLIDER RING WAS STILL AT THE BASE OF THE ENVELOPE AND THE PARACHUTE STRAPS WERE STILL SECURED NOT ACTIVATING THE LINE CUTTERS. POST ACCIDENT INSPECTION OF THE AIRCRAFT REVEALED NO EVIDENCE OF ANY PREIMPACT MECHANICAL MALFUNCTIONS OR FAILURES THAT WOULD HAVE PRECLUDED NORMAL OPERATION.
