## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE PILOT WAS PLANNING A TOUCH AND GO. THE PILOT REPORTED THAT HE STATED TO HIS PASSENGERS, "THREE DOWN AND LOCKED" AND THE PILOT THOUGHT HE FELT THE DRAG OF THE LANDING GEAR EXTENSION. APPROACHING THE LANDING FLARE THE PILOT FELT A BIT HIGH AND FAST. THE PILOT DID NOT HEAR THE GEAR WARNING HORN AND FELT CLOSER TO THE GROUND THAN NORMAL. AS THE PILOT PREPARED TO ADD FULL POWER FOR A GO AROUND, THE PROPELLER AND THEN THE AIRCRAFT STRUCK THE GROUND AND CAME TO A STOP ON THE RUNWAY.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
