PILOT LANDED RWY 17R KHND. PILOT STATED ON LANDING ROLLOUT, RIGHT TIRE FAILED CAUSING AIRCRAFT TO VEER OFF RUNWAY INTO DITCH. SUBSEQUENTLY CAUSING FAILURE OF NOSE GEAR ASSEMBLE DEPARTING AIRCRAFT AND CAUSING PROPELLER STRIKE.
