## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

UPON DEPARTURE FROM AIRPORT AIRCRAFT EXPERIENCED A DEPARTURE OF THE LH NLG WHEEL ASSY. DEPARTURE AIRPORT OPERATIONS NOTIFIED CERTIFICATE HOLDER AFTER DEPARTURE.

THE AIRCRAFT LANDED AT DESTINATION AND WAS MET BY EMERGENCY RESPONSE. THE AIRCRAFT TAXIED TO THE GATE UNDER ITS OWN POWER.

UPON INSPECTION, IT WAS CONFIRMED THAT THE NLG LH HALF OF THE AXLE HAD BROKEN OFF AT THE LOCATION OF THE AFT WHEEL BEARING.

NO DAMAGE TO AIRCRAFT, NO INJURIES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
