DURING AN INSTRUMENT INSTRUCTION FLIGHT THE ENGINE LOST POWER. AN OFF-AIRPORT LANDING WAS PERFORMED. NO DAMAGE OR INJURIES AS A RESULT. THE ENGINE WAS FOUND TO HAVE A BROKEN #4 CYLINDER EXHAUST VALVE ROCKER ARM.
