## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON JUNE 22, 2024, 1225 PDT, A PA 46-350 WAS INVOLVED IN AN INCIDENT WHILE LANDING ON RUNWAY 27 AT THE PINE MOUNTAIN AIRPORT (E45). THE PILOT REPORTED THAT DURING THE FLARE TO TOUCH DOWN, THE LANDING WAS NOTED AS SLIGHTLY FLAT. UPON LANDING, THE AIRPLANE BOUNCED CAUSING THE NOSE GEAR TO COLLAPSE AND PROPELLER TO MAKE CONTACT WITH THE ASPHALT. 2 PEOPLE ON BOARD WITH NO REPORTED INJURIES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
