## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON 6/27/2024, DURING INSTRUCTIONAL FLIGHT, STUDENT PILOT WAS PERFORMING TOUCH AND GO OPERATIONS. AT 12:37 CDT, SHORTLY AFTER SECOND TOUCHDOWN ON RUNWAY 17, THE AIRCRAFT BEGAN STEERING TO THE RIGHT AND WENT INTO THE GRASS. THERE WERE NO INJURIES AND THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE.

ON 6/28/2024, INSPECTION OF NOSE GEAR ASSEMBLY (P/N 67100-013), DISCOVERED THREE BOLTS P/N 401-265 * BOLT—(AN3-H7A) SHEERED OFF, WHICH ALOUD NOSE WHEEL STEERING ARM ASSEMBLY (P/N 44386-003) TO SEPARATE FROM THE NOSE GEAR STRUT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
