## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

DURING ACCELERATION ON TAKEOFF ROLL FROM RUNWAY 30 BETWEEN 80-100 KTS. THE CREW FELT A MILD SHIMMY. THE SHIMMY BECAME MORE AGRESSIVE FOLLOWED BY THE AIRCRAFT VIBRATING VIOLENTLY ACCORDING TO STATEMENT FROM CAPTAIN. CAPTAIN ABORTED THE TAKEOFF AND CAME TO A COMPLETE STOP ON THE RUNWAY. CREW REQUESTED TOWER TO SEND OUT AN OPS VEHICLE TO INSPECT THE AIRCRAFT FOR DAMAGE. OPERATIONS INFORMED CREW THAT BOTH NOSE LANDING GEAR TIRES WERE SHREDDED AND THERE WERE SIGNS OF FLUID LEAKAGE AROUND THE DAMAGED AREA. PASSENGERS DEPLANED ON THE RUNWAY AND TRANSPORTED TO THE TERMINAL WITH NO INJURIES REPORTED. THE NOSE TIRES WERE REPLACED ON THE RUNWAY AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS TOWED TO THE RAMP. SEVERAL DENTS WERE NOTED ON THE FUSELAGE FROM RESULTING TIRE DEBRIS DEPARTING THE AIRCRAFT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
