## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

A WITNESS REPORTED THAT SHE WAS ON HAUSER LAKE, IN A BOAT AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT. SHE SAW A GROUP OF AIRPLANES. THE FIRST AIRPLANE SCOOPED WATER AND DURING ITS DEPARTURE, THE WINGS ROCKED A LITTLE BIT. SHE THEN SAW THE ACCIDENT AIRPLANE AND THE ACCIDENT SEQUENCE. SHE STATED

THAT DUE TO HER POSITION ON THE WATER, SHE COULD NOT TELL IF THE AIRPLANE HAD SCOOPED WATER OR NOT, BUT SHE DID SEE IT DEPARTING WITH THE WINGS ROCKING BEFORE IT TURNED TO THE LEFT AND STRUCK THE ROCK FACE. THE AIRPLANE SLID INTO THE WATER.

NO ANOMILIES WERE FOUND WITH THE AIRCRAFT DURING THE ONSITE INVESTIGATION.
