## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON JULY 20, 2024, AT 08:00 CDT, A CESSNA 182 REGISTERED TO AN LCC, VEERED OFF THE RUNWAY, TO THE RIGHT AFTER LANDING AND STRUCK A FENCE BEFORE COMING TO REST AT MULESHOE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT IN MULESHOE, TX. THE AIRCRAFT WAS BEING OPERATED ON A TRAINING FLIGHT. VISUAL METEROLOGICAL CONDITIONS PREVAILED AT THE TIME, AND NO FLIGHT PLAN WAS FILED. THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE, AND THE CERTIFICATED FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR AND STUDENT PILOT WERE NOT INJURED. THE FLIGHT ORIGINATED FROM LITTLE FIELD, TX ON JULY 20, 2024, AT 07:40 CDT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
