## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE PILOT AND A PASSENGER WERE PRACTICING LANDINGS IN THE RECENTLY ACQUIRED AIRCRAFT. AFTER SEVERAL SUCCESSFUL LANDINGS, THE PILOT MADE A TOUCHDOWN ON THE FAR RIGHT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY. THE MISALIGNED TOUCHDOWN AND CROSSWIND CARRIED THE AIRCRAFT ~300' SOUTHWEST OF THE RUNWAY, WHERE IT CAME TO REST IN A FARMER'S FIELD ADJACENT TO THE AIRPORT PROPERTY.
