As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON AUGUST 16, 2024 AT ~1215 MST, THE PIC/CFI BEGAN FLIGHT INSTRUCTION WITH THE INTENT OF SIMULATING ENGINE FAILURE ON ROLL OUT. THE STUDENT WAS BRIEFED ON THE UPCOMING EVALUATION TO INCLUDE THE EXECUTION OF THE ENGINE FAILURE AND THE APPROPRIATE ACTIONS THEY SHOULD TAKE. THE AIRCRAFT WAS CLEARED FOR TAKEOFF AND DURING ROLL, THE CFI CUT THE MIXTURE TO THE RIGHT ENGINE. THE STUDENT WAS SLOW TO REACT AND THE CFI IMMEDIATELY CUT THE OTHER MIXTURE, STATED “MY CONTROLS”, AND ENGAGED THE LEFT RUDDER. THESE ACTIONS WERE PERFORMED TOO LATE AND THE AIRCRAFT EXITED THE RUNWAY TO THE RIGHT WHERE IT STRUCK A RUNWAY EDGE LIGHT WITH THE RIGHT PROPELLOR BEFORE COMING TO REST OFF RUNWAY.

Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
